Caramelize onion & feta muffin

Have not been baking for some time, and my baking mood is back now!! My 1st time having savory muffin (Caramelize onion & feta muffin) was during my last trip in Adelaide, and it was so yummyyyyy.... This is my version of Caramelize onion & feta muffin, infused with rosemary, taste good and smells nice... Are you drooling? :p

Suyen's Signature Roast Chicken

Our chef, Susien, is back to Adelaide. Sob sob. I have to go back to the kitchen and cook again after 1 month rest from the kitchen. :p Have some left over rosemary after the BBQ at Serendah trip.

To warm up my cooking mood, Roast Chicken with Rosemery is always my favorite to cook, cos it's easy and yummy.

Just out from the oven. Crispy skin and juicy meat, with some sides, pumpkin and mushrooms.3 drumsticks, 1 for Des, 1 for me and 1 for my lunch box.

Des likes it with rice. ♥ Heart-shaped rice. :p The sauce is perfect to eat with rice.

I had it without rice.

Salad. Cucumber and cherry tomato with Goma dressing.

Girls-only-dinner

We had a lovely Girls-only-dinner at home last few weekends ago... all food were cook by Susien, and i made the dessert, Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait. Deem light was on and flower arranging as the deco for the night's dinner. Warm and sweet. Though they are all Susien's friends, but i enjoyed talking and laughing with them... the sounds of laughter was all night long..... thanks girls for coming.

*ps:/ me and Susien think maybe we can do catering or party planner for small gathering, what do you think of the food and decor presentation? we really did enjoy the process from deciding the menu, groceries, decor, preparing, cooking and presenting the food.

Sunday afternoon tea

Hmm...it's Sunday night... say bye bye to Sunday, and welcome Monday!

How was your Sunday? Mine was great! Went for grocery with my bebe, had a lovely afternoon tea at home and yummy homecook dinner (yam braised pork belly from mummy).

Ohayo... good morning... It's holiday today! ... Look... i hate working on Saturday! and i must say million thank you thank you and thank you to Deepavali that falls on saturday so that I don't need to be at Bangsar to work, wait for time to pass, do charity and watching people shopping while i'm working!

Hoooray...so to make up my day, i just enjoyed my breakfast.
